Weekly Review

Expect a weekly call to connect on possible candidates, receive and share feedback, and agree on next steps. This review gives you ownership over the process without having to manage it.

Offer Stage

What is your fee structure for executive searches?
We don’t negotiate on price, but we over deliver on value. We work on a retained search model, where we ask for a portion of the fee upfront, a second payment when we present the shortlist, and the final payment when we successfully place a candidate. Our fees are a percentage of the candidate’s first-year total compensation. We believe this structure gives our clients confidence that we will find high-quality candidates and stay committed to your needs.

The time to fill a position depends on the complexity and seniority of the role. On average, executive positions are filled within three to six months. We strive to balance speed and diligence to find the best candidate for your company.
